Facility lifecycle and IAP foundation

Development version 26.40.00 expands facility administration and the Incident Action Plan foundation.

Highlights​

  • Client onboarding now begins with the subscription plan and distinguishes a single-facility organization from a multi-facility system.
  • Authorized administrators can review facility-deactivation impact before access changes take effect.
  • Users assigned only to an inactive facility can no longer enter that facility workspace, while Tenant Administrators retain organization-wide access and historical records remain available.
  • HICSNow requires a new active primary facility before deactivation when an affected user will retain access through another facility.
  • The IAP Quick Start can produce a printable review copy from the current form data, including the Hospital Incident Management Team structure.
  • Incident Overview includes refined HIMT and operational-timeline presentation as the operational workflow continues to develop.
