Activation Levels and incident HIMT scope

Development version 26.44.00 adds configurable Activation Levels and applies them when the Incident Commander creates an incident.

Highlights​

  • Tenant Administrators and Facility Administrators can create locally named Activation Levels with a controlled HIMT depth.
  • Create Incident places Activation Level to the left of the Command Center selection.
  • Selecting an IRG disables Activation Level because the IRG defines the activated HIMT roles.
  • Selecting None for the IRG enables and requires an Activation Level, which then defines the activated HIMT depth.
  • Activated positions remain separate from personnel assignments, so the Incident Commander can see and staff vacancies deliberately.
  • HICSNow preserves the selected activation source and exact activated positions.
  • Activation Levels already used by an incident are protected from deletion.
