26.51.00 - Safer System Subscription Transitions

Development version 26.51.00 strengthens how HICSNow preserves an organization's facility and system identity when its subscription changes.

Highlights​

  • Moving a system to Essentials uses its one retained active facility as the individual organization without recreating the facility.
  • The former system identity and historical records remain retained rather than being deleted.
  • A later move from Essentials to Professional or Enterprise can restore the former system identity or establish a different system identity.
  • The existing facility remains the primary facility, and the current Tenant Administrator retains organization-wide administrative access.
  • Subscription changes do not silently delete inactive facilities, users, incidents, forms, contacts, or audit history.
  • Essentials continues to support one facility. Multiple-facility operation remains included with Professional and Enterprise and is not available as an Essentials add-on.
  • Facility Weather remains included with Professional and Enterprise and is not included with Essentials in this release.
