26.52.00 - Client Facility Transfers

Development version 26.52.00 expands how Professional and Enterprise systems can add facilities while preserving the history of an existing standalone client.

Highlights​

  • System clients can continue creating a new facility directly.
  • An existing Essentials client facility can be transferred into a Professional or Enterprise system through an authorized HICSNow administrative workflow.
  • The transferred facility inherits the destination system's subscription capabilities.
  • Facility configuration, contacts, eligible facility-only incident history, and appropriate user access move with the facility.
  • Former standalone Tenant Administrators receive facility-scoped administrative access instead of automatic system-wide authority.
  • The former standalone workspace closes, while its client and audit records remain retained for historical review.
  • Transfers that would split a cross-facility incident are blocked until the incident scope is resolved.
