26.59.00 - Active Incidents and Initial Actions

Development version 26.59.00 adds a dedicated active Incidents page and the first Incident Commander Initial Actions workflow.

Highlights

  • Incidents lists each active incident in one row with its type, organization, start time, and a direct path to its overview.
  • Authorized Incident Commanders can open Create incident from the Incidents page. Incident creation is no longer a separate Response menu destination.
  • Users assigned the ordinary User account role go directly to Incidents after signing in. My profile opens only when deliberately selected.
  • Initial Actions use the main headings from the Incident Commander Job Action Sheet. Each heading expands to show its source checklist guidance.
  • Incident Commander-only activations begin with Receive appointment. The remaining ordered actions are added if the activation expands to include Command or General Staff.
  • Action banners show red for Not started, yellow for In progress, green for Complete, and gray for Not applicable. A saved action collapses automatically.
  • Initial Action activity is retained in incident audit history. Completing an Initial Action does not establish an operational period or close an incident.
