26.58.01 - Health-System Incidents
Development version 26.58.01 adds first-class health-system incident creation for Professional and Enterprise organizations and clarifies how facility-specific Weather behaves while a system incident is selected.
Highlights
- An authorized Incident Commander chooses Facility incident or Health system incident when both scopes are available.
- Facility and health-system Incident Commander Roles remain independent. An administrative user group or a Role at the other scope does not grant incident authority.
- A health-system incident can include all active facilities or an explicit selection of facilities.
- Participation is preserved with the incident but does not create child facility incidents or grant local facility command authority.
- Health-system incidents use the system's own Incident Response Guides, Activation Levels, Command Centers, address, and timezone.
- Facility weather remains facility-specific. When a health-system incident is selected, Weather displays an explanation instead of choosing a participating facility or leaving the page blank.
- Incident creation establishes command but does not create Operational Period 01. User-facing initial-actions, briefing, operational-period, completion, and cancellation workflows remain planned for later releases.
